  This hands-on event will take place on January 14th from 7:30–9:00am at Crunch Fitness in Hales Corners. Attendees will enjoy a live cooking demonstration by Chef Abel Rosas from Lake Geneva, who will showcase fast, nutritious meal ideas perfect for on-the-go business owners. In addition, licensed personal trainers from Crunch Fitness will lead exercise demos focused on simple movements you can incorporate throughout your workday to boost energy, reduce stress, and improve overall wellness.

  Whether you're looking to improve your daily habits, kickstart healthier routines, or connect with other local professionals, this event offers valuable takeaways for everyone.
